⚠ What this site is — introductions only, and not a party to any work

North Arkansas Septic is an information and enquiry service. It is not a septic contractor.

It does not evaluate soil, design onsite wastewater systems, apply for or hold permits, install, repair, inspect or maintain anything, and it holds no licence to do any of those things. All such work in Arkansas is performed by separately licensed professionals — a Designated Representative for evaluation and design, a licensed installer for installation, and a licensed plumber for the building sewer line.

When you submit an enquiry through this site, the purpose is to introduce your enquiry to an independent licensed professional. If that professional contacts you and you decide to engage them:

• Any agreement is between you and that professional. North Arkansas Septic is not a party to it, is not a contractor, subcontractor, agent, partner or joint venturer, and has no role in the terms, the price, the schedule or the work.
• North Arkansas Septic does not perform, supervise, direct, inspect or warrant any work. It makes no representation about the quality, timeliness, pricing or outcome of work carried out by any professional.
• Verifying licensure and suitability remains yours to do. The Arkansas Department of Health publishes searchable databases of licensed Designated Representatives and installers, and the county health unit will supply the list of licensed local individuals. Using them is recommended before engaging anyone.
• Any dispute about work performed is between you and that professional.

No introduction is an endorsement, a recommendation, a certification, or a guarantee of any kind.

The information on this site

The content here is general information about onsite wastewater systems, Arkansas rules and local ground conditions. It is researched from primary sources and dated, and it is not advice about any particular property.

• Nothing on this site determines what a specific parcel will support. That is decided by a soil evaluation carried out on the ground by a licensed Designated Representative, and nothing published here substitutes for one.
• Regulations, fees, programme terms and agency contact details change. Figures carry the date they were verified. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with the issuing agency directly.
• Geological and soil survey data describe areas, not parcels. County-level counts and area-weighted soil figures average across ground that genuinely differs, and they cannot answer a question about an individual site.
• This site does not provide legal, financial, engineering, surveying or real-estate advice.

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Arkansas law, North Arkansas Septic is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information published here.

By submitting the form you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are the property owner or are authorised to enquire about the property, and that you understand your details will be passed to an independent licensed professional.

The privacy policy sets out exactly which fields are collected, who receives them, and how to have your information deleted. Read it before submitting.

Do not use the form to submit sensitive personal information. Do not use it for anything unlawful, or to submit information about a property you have no connection to.

This site links to government agencies, public datasets and programme administrators. Those are provided because they are useful and authoritative sources. North Arkansas Septic does not control them and is not responsible for their content or availability.

Intellectual property

The written content, layout and design of this site belong to North Arkansas Septic. Government data, agency publications and academic sources referenced here remain the property of their publishers and are cited accordingly.
